Thomas (Simon Young) Meade

Meade Thomas (Simon Young) (31st October 2021) (Clondalkin and late of Castleknock and RTE) peacefully at home after a long illness aged 62; beloved son of the late Carmel and Tom, loving husband of Phyl and adored father of Holly and Nathan, loving brother of Glen, Diane and Elaine; sadly missed by his loving wife, daughter Holly and her partner Jason, son Nathan and his partner Ciara, sisters, brother, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, his nieces and nephews Jay, Dani, Neal, Josh and Luke, relatives, neighbours and friends especially all his loyal listeners over the years.

Reposing at the Brian McElroy Funeral Home, Monastery Road, Clondalkin Village on Friday from 4pm to 6pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday at 11.30am in Church of the Immaculate Conception, Clondalkin Village followed by Cremation in Newlands Cross Cemetery.
