Thomas (Tom) Browne

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tom Browne on Good Friday, April 3rd 2026, peacefully, in University Hospital Limerick, surrounded by his loving family.

Pre-deceased by his parents Eily and Moss.

Sadly missed by his beloved wife Ber, daughters Jean, Leanne and Karen, son in-law Conor, and soon to be son in-law William, brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews, his mother in-law, other relatives and kind friends.

May His Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.

Reposing at Riedy’s Funeral Home, Newcastle West on Tuesday April 7th 2026, from 5pm until 7:30pm.

Arriving at Monagea Church on Wednesday April 8th for the funeral mass at 11:30am. Burial afterwards in Monagea Cemetery.

Special thanks and appreciation to Dr. Liam Casserly and his team of Doctors and Nurses. In particular the Dialysis unit, along with his nurses and carers of Ward 9C in UHL.
