(Thomas) Tom Collins

The death has occurred of Thomas (Tom) Collins of Gullane, Asdee, Listowel, Co. Kerry. Died peacefully surrounded by his family in the wonderful care of the Palliative Care Unit UHK on Thursday 1st of May.

 

Beloved son of Sean & Nora Collins and dearest brother of Anne, Mairead, Liam, Julie and John. Sadly missed by his loving family, nieces Ashlyn, Evie & Libby, nephews Rory & James, brothers-in-law Gerard, Warren & Damitha, sister-in-law Laura and John's partner Elaine. Uncles Michael & Leo, aunt Anita, cousins, relatives and friends.

Funeral Arrangements: Reposing at Lynch's Funeral Home, Ballylongford on Sunday evening 4th May from 5pm-8pm. Tom's funeral cortege will arrive at St. John's Church, Ballybunion for 11am mass on Monday May 5th followed by interment afterwards in Lisselton Graveyard.

Donations if desired to Ard Churam Day Care Centre Listowel or Palliative Care Unit UHK. A donation box will be in place at the funeral home.
