The death has occurred of
Thomas (Tom) Fagan
Fagan Thomas (Tom) (15th June 2021) (Clondalkin and late of Clonfert Road, Kimmage) peacefully at home after a short illness, surrounded by his loving family and previously under the wonderful care of Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross and Tallaght Hospital; beloved husband of Katherine (Kay) and loving father of Aran, Tamy, Corey and Christian ; sadly missed by his loving wife, children, daughter-in-law Fiona, grandchildren Josh and Jamie, sisters Maisie and Pauline, brother Tony, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends. Also remembering at this time all Tom's passed brothers and sisters.

In line with Government/HSE advice and to ensure the safety of all Tom’s family and friends, a small funeral will be held in private. Tom’s family would ask that over the coming days, everyone who knew Tom would take some time to light a candle or say a prayer in his memory. Messages of support can be left in the online condolence book below.
