The death has occurred of
Thomas (Tom) Finucane
FINUCANE, Thomas (Tom), late of Glasnevin and formerly of Tarbet, Co. Kerry. Retired member of An Garda Síochána – 8th May 2025 (peacefully) in the Mater Hospital surrounded by his loving family.Beloved husband of the late Hanna (Joan) and devoted father of Carmel, Maura (Carrig) and the late Michael. Predeceased by his brothers Patrick, Brendan, Michael, Donal, sister Anne and son-in-law James. He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his loving daughters, cherished grandchildren Dylan and Aisling and their partners, sisters Rosie, Margreta and Helena, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at the Fanagan Kirwan Funeral Home, Ballygall Road West, (D11 W7VX) on Wednesday (14th May) from 5.00 pm to 7.00pm. Funeral on Thursday morning (15th May) at Our Lady of Victories Church, Ballymun Road arriving for 10 o’clock Requiem Mass. Funeral thereafter to Dardistown Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired, in lieu, to St. Francis Hospice.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the staff of Beneavin Nursing Home and St Agnes Ward, Mater Hospital.
