Thomas (Tom) Flanagan, Shurock, Moate, Co. Westmeath. December 13th 2023, Peacefully, following a long illness, borne with courage and dignity at The Midland Regional Hospital, Tullamore surrounded by his loving family.

 

Tom will be forever missed by his loving wife and best friend, Paula (née Flynn), sons, John and Kevin, daughters, Edel and Anne Marie, daughters-in-law, Mairéad and Mary, sons-in-law, Raymond and John, grandchildren, Ruth, Grace, Florence, Isabelle, James, Amelia, Liam and Anna, brothers and sisters, Mary, Chris, Kit, Goretti, Joe, Phil, Julie, Bernie and Stephen, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, neighbours and many great friends.

 

His memory as a great husband, dad, grandad, brother and friend will remain in our hearts forever.

 

May Tom Rest in Peace.

 

Reposing at Flynns Funeral Home, Moate this Friday (15th) from 4.30pm until 7.30pm. Removal on Saturday to the Carmelite Church, Moate arriving at 10.50am for Funeral Prayers. Funeral Mass at 11am, followed by cremation in Mount Jerome Crematorium at 3.45pm.
