The death has occurred of
Thomas (Tom) Friel
Thomas (Tom) Friel (Rathfarnham and formerly of Glasgow) October 19th 2023 died (peacefully) in the loving care of the excellent staff of Hospital 4 and Victor Synge ward at St James’s Hospital after a long illness. Beloved husband of Ann and brother-in-law to Joan and her late husband John, nieces, nephews and friends. He will be sadly missed by family and friends.
Reposing at McElroys Funeral Home Tallaght (Eircode D24 ADT7) on Sunday 22nd from 2pm to 4pm. Funeral arriving to The Garden Chapel, Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross on Monday morning for 11.15am Cremation Service followed by Service of Thanksgiving at 2.30pm in Adelaide Road Presbyterian Church, Adelaide Road, Dublin 2.
Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Haematology Day Ward, St James’s Hospital care of Ann Friel, Rathfarnham.
