The death has occurred of
Thomas (Tom) Gibney
Gibney Thomas (Tom), Howth, Co. Dublin. 13th February 2025. Peacefully, in the care of CareChoice Nursing Home, Malahide Road surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Maura and predeceased by his partner Carol Scanlon. Very sadly missed by his loving children Joe, Mark, Margaret, Kevin and Marie, daughters-in-law Lolita and Tammy, sons-in-law Kevin and Jamie, his adored grandchildren Shauna, Deirbhla, Grainne, Sean, Saoirse, Tara, Sinead, Cian, Keeva, Clodagh, Muirinn and Cathal and great granddaughter Hazel, brother Michael, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.
May He Rest in Peace.
Reposing in Staffords Funeral Home, Golf Links Road, Portmarnock on Monday, 17th February, from 3pm to 5pm. Removal to the Church of the Assumption, Howth on Tuesday morning for 10am Funeral Mass followed by cremation in Dardistown crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to the Alzheimer’s Society of Ireland.
