Thomas (Tom) Grainger Mansfield Bell

Thomas (Tom) Grainger Mansfield Bell, of Castletroy Limerick and late of Paul and Vincent. After a long illness, died peacefully on August 24th 2025 at home surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of Lois and much loved father of Amanda and Malcolm. Tom will be deeply missed by his son-in-law Patrick, daughter-in-law Clare, grandchildren Elizabeth, Grace, Tom, and John, his great-grandson Alexander, and a large circle of family and friends. Predeceased by his sisters Ann Richmond and Sybil Poynton.

 

Reposing in Thompson’s Funeral Home on Tuesday (26th August) from 6.30 to 8pm. Removal to the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome on Wednesday (27th August) for cremation service at 2.30pm.

 

Tom received exceptional care from his GP Michael Aherne; carer Brid Mackey; Paula O’Keefe and all at Bluebird Care – Sylvia, Luam, Paola, Catherine, Milde, Raquel, Carlos, Bruna to name a few; and the homecare team from Milford Care Centre. The family is hugely grateful for their loving care and consideration.
