The death has taken place of Thomas (Tom) Heafey, Carrig Island, Ballylongford and Knocklyon, Dublin 16. Thomas died peacefully, but unexpectedly, in the wonderful care of the staff at Tallaght University Hospital, on Wednesday, 28th October 2020. Thomas is a much loved brother of his beloved and heartbroken sister Josephine Hogan (Mullingar) he is predeceased by his beloved brother Sean, who died on August 11th last. A very cherished uncle of Paul, Barry and Conor Hogan, nieces Margaret (Peggy) Hatton and Anita Brownen and brother-in-law David Hogan, who are all deeply saddened and heartbroken by Thomas' sad passing. He will also be very dearly missed by his extended family relatives, kind neighbours and large circle of friends in both Ballylongford and Dublin

Funeral Arrangements: Please note that due to the Corona virus and in line with best practice taken from government advice regarding public gatherings, Thomas' Funeral Reception, Mass and Interment at the Cemetery is strictly restricted to family and close relatives, please. Funeral numbers are restricted to 25 people inside the church.
Thomas' remains will be received into St Michael the Archangel Church, Ballylongford, on Friday evening, October 30th, at 6pm. Funeral Mass & Interment will take place on Saturday, October 31st, with Requiem Mass at 11 o'clock followed by Funeral immediately afterwards at Lislaughtin Abbey.
