The death has occurred of
Thomas (Tom) Herlihy
On June 15th 2020, peacefully, at the residence of his son Thomas, surrounded by his loving family. Thomas (Tom), beloved husband of the late Mary,(nee O'Donovan, Cappagh, Union Hall), dear father of Fiona (Campbell), Marie (Barrett), Janis, Irene, Michael and Thomas. Sadly missed by his family, sons-in-law Dave and Stephen, daughters-in-law Christine (O'Reilly) and Aisling (Lynch), adored Grandchildren Ciaran, Muireann, Jack, Liam and Abbie. Brother to Evelyn (Crispie), Breda (O'Driscoll), Anthony and of the late Paddy and Ann (O'Driscoll), brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, Godchildren, relatives, kind neighbours and a large circle of friends.
May Tom Rest in Peace
A private funeral will take place for immediate family, due to government advice and HSE guidelines regarding public gatherings. Those who would have liked to attend the funeral, but due to current restrictions cannot, please leave a personal message in the section below 'Condolences'.
Tom's Funeral cortege will depart at 2pm from his son's residence passing through Cahermore Cross on to Froe passing Ardagh Burial Ground on to Barley Hill Cross stopping briefly at Tom's home before passing through Rosscarbery Village and on to Ross Abbey.
Social distancing must be observed along routeway at all times. Thank You.
