The death has occurred suddenly of Thomas (Tom) Hill, Patrick Street, Mountrath, Co. Laois, on Wednesday 18th February 2026 at the Midlands Regional Hospital Portlaoise. Beloved husband of Marie, and dear father to Lorraine, Sharon and Thomas. Sadly, missed by his heartbroken family, grandchildren Cian, Leah, Abbie, Ellen, Jake and Robyn, sons-in-law Joe (Dooley) and John (Walsh), daughter-in-law Claire (Doran), brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Reposing at Burke’s Funeral Home, Mountrath eircode R32Y661 on Friday evening 20th February from 5.0’clock, concluding with Rosary at 8.0’clock. Removal on Saturday morning 21st February to St. Fintan’s Church, Mountrath eircode R32X338, for Requiem Mass at 10.0’clock, followed by Interment in St. Fintan’s Cemetery, Mountrath.
