Thomas (Tom) Lawlor

The death has occurred of Thomas (Tom), Lawlor, Old. Leighlin, Co. Carlow. (Peacefully) in Carlow District Hospital, following a short illness, surrounded by his family. Predeceased by his loving parents Patrick and Elizabeth, his two sisters Mary and Kathleen, his three brothers-in-law Michael, Mick and Liam.

Beloved brother of Betty, he will be sadly missed by his loving nephews and nieces, Éamonn, Michael, Ita, Ailish, The late Edel. Ann-Marie, Mary, Elizabeth, Patricia and Lorraine, also by his 17 grandnephews and grandnieces, his wonderful neighbours and friends including the Lynch, Stanley, Farrell and Carey families and his lifelong friend Fr. Tom Lawlor (Retired Parish Priest).

Reposing in Somers Funeral Home, Bagenalstown (Eircode R21 DY66) today Saturday from 3.oc, concluding with Funeral Prayers at 6.oc. In accordance with government directives a Private Funeral Mass for Tom will take place on Sunday at 2.oc in St. Lazerian’s Church, Leighlinbridge (Max 50 people) followed by burial in Old. Leighlin Cemetery.
