Thomas (Tom) McGovern

Thomas (Tom) McGovern of Carrick Road, Drumshanbo and formerly Kilmaghera, Leitrim, Co.Leitrim passed away peacefully on April 10th surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of Una (Gibbons) and treasured father to Stephanie, Aideen, Hugh, Orla, Paul, Martina, Shane and Colm. He will be sadly missed by his children, sons in law, daughters in law, his adored grandchildren, his sisters Philomena and Margaret, his brother Pat, nieces, nephews and a wide circle of friends and neighbours. Predeceased by his brothers John James, Joe, Frank and sisters Chris and Rose.

Reposing at his home (N41 H521) on Thursday, April 11th, from 4pm until 8pm. Family time on Friday morning. Removal on Friday morning (April 12th) from his home to St. Patrick's Church, Drumshanbo for Funeral Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in the New Cemetery. Funeral Mass will be streamed live on https://www.churchtv.ie/drumshanbo/ and on Drumshanbo Parish Facebook Page.
