Thomas (Tom) MOFFITT
Peacefully, at University Hospital, Galway. Thomas (Tom), deeply mourned by his loving wife Kathleen, sons Christy, Gerard and Aidan, daughter Sharon, brother Junior, grandchildren Laura, Keith and Daniel, son-in-law Sean, daughter-in-law Adrienne, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at The Sharkey Funeral Home, Ballaghaderreen tomorrow, Thursday evening, from 5pm, followed by
removal at 7.15pm to Christ the King Church, Lisacul, arriving at 8pm. Mass of the Resurrection on Friday at 12 noon, with the funeral proceeding to Lisacul Cemetery. Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, to the Oncology Unit at Mayo General Hospital or University Hospital Galway c/o Sharkey Funeral Directors.
