The death has occurred of
Thomas (Tom) O'Flynn
O’Flynn, Thomas (Tom/Tommy) (Retired Sergeant, An Garda Síochána) Ashgrove, Naas and formerly of Banagher, Co. Offaly) – 14 December 2025, (peacefully, after a long illness), in the exceptional care of St Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown, surrounded by his loving family. Much loved partner of Julie, beloved Dad of Fiona, Dara and Deirdre, devoted Grandad Tom to Eve, Jack, Finn, Rían, Frank, Orla, Max and Oscar, and dear father-in-law to Andrew, Karen and Jason. Sadly missed by his extended family, his wonderful neighbours in Naas, and his wide circle of friends. Predeceased by his wife Mary and his beloved sister Terry.
Reposing at the George Mullins Funeral Home, Kilcullen Road, Naas (W91CD0K) on Thursday 18th December from 5pm to 7pm with Rosary Prayers at 6:30pm, Funeral Mass at 10am, Friday 19 December at the Church of Our Lady & St. David, Naas, Co. Kildare, with commital service at the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome, Harold’s Cross, Dublin 6W at 4pm Friday 19th December.
Safe in the arms of Jesus, his forever friend.
Family flowers only, donations, if desired, to St Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown, who cared so well for Tom in his final days.
