Thomas (Tom) Phelan
Phelan, Thomas (Tom), June 16th 2018 (Raheny and formerly of Montpellier Hill). (Unexpectedly) at home. Beloved husband of the late Maura, and loving father of David, Suzanne and Brian, sadly missed by his loving family daughter-in-law Annette, son-in-law Kevin, grandchildren Rosanna and Sarah, great-grandchildren Conor and Holly, brothers Bill and Larry, sister Patricia, sisters-in-law Yvonne and Sheila, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Rest in Peace
Reposing in Jennings Funeral Home, Springdale Road, Raheny on Thursday 21st June with family present from 3pm to 5pm. Removal on Thursday evening to Our Lady Mother of Divine Church, Raheny arriving for 5.30pm. Funeral Mass on Friday morning at 10am followed with burial in St. Fintan's Cemetery, Sutton. Family flowers only, donations, if desired, to Autism Ireland.
