Thomas (Tom) Quirke

Quirke, Thomas (Tom), (Sutton and formerly of Hollyford, County Tipperary), 25th August 2025, peacefully in Raheny Community Nursing Unit, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents Bridie and Jeremiah, brothers Paddy and TJ, and his sister Vera. Tom will be very sadly missed by his beloved wife Helen, children Kevin and Elaine, Elaine’s fiancé Luca, grandson Dario Thomas, brother Jim, sister Joan, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Sheila, Pat, Geraldine, Michael,Terence, Mary, Freddie, Vincent, Mary and Nuala nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

The family would like to thank the staff of Raheny Community Nursing Unit, the Corrigan Ward in Beaumont Hospital, and the Heart Support Unit of Beaumont Hospital and the Omni Centre, for their excellent care of Tom.

 

Reposing in Jennings Funeral Home, Springdale Road, Raheny, on Friday from 3-5pm. Removal on Saturday to St Fintan’s Church, Sutton for funeral Mass at 11am followed by burial in Balgriffin Cemetery Ext.
