The death has occurred of
Thomas (Tom) van Kan
Tom passed away on Wednesday evening, under the wonderful care of the staff at Wexford General Hospital.
Sadly missed by his son Karl, daughter Rebekah, grandchildren Aaron, Imana and Kye, daughter in law Charisse , step sister Vivienne his extended family and close friends, that featured prominently in his life.

Funeral Mass in St. Joseph's Church, Marshalstown, on Saturday, 11th Dec., at 11am with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery, in accordance with current government guidelines. Those who would like to leave messages of support and sympathy can do so in the Condolences link below.
