Thomas (Tommy) DOWD
THOMAS (TOMMY) DOWD Camderry, Newbridge, Ballinasloe, Co. Galway. 25th May 2025, (Peacefully),at home surrounded by his loving family.
Pre deceased by his parents Mary and Darby, brother Pakie, sisters Maureen, Kathleen, Lena and grandson Jack.
Tommy will be sadly missed by his loving wife Christina (Chris), children Avril (Rahara), Chyrstal (Dunmore), Dermot (USA), Rachel (Roscommon), Thomas (Oran), Marguerite (Four Roads), Martin (Camderry), Michael (Camderry) and Aine (Dublin), brothers Peter, Martin, John, Dermot and sister Bridie, sons-in-law Enda, Martin and Donal, daughters-in-law Lorin and Sarah, partners Peter and Miriam, his 11 adored grandchildren, sister-in-law and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, friends and neighbours.
May Tommy rest in peace.
Reposing at Smyth’s Funeral Home, Roscommon (F42 NH27) on Tuesday evening from 5 o’clock until 7 o’clock followed by removal to St Mary’s Church, Kilbegnet. Mass of the Resurrection on Wednesday at 12.30 o’clock. Burial afterwards in Kilbegnet Cemetery.
The Dowd family would sincerely like to thank everyone involved in Tommys’s care over the years.
