Thomas (Tommy) Faherty

On Tuesday, 11 June 2024 Thomas passed away unexpectedly at home. Predeceased by his parents Margaret and Colie, and his nephew Martin.

Deeply mourned and dearly loved by his brothers Martin, Paraic (Boston) and only sister Mary and her husband Bill (Australia) his nephews and nieces Colm, Thomas, Maria, Joseph, Sarah, Áine, Shaun and Erin, Goddaughter Mairéad and many grandnephews and grandnieces. Fondly remembered by the Faherty and Keane relatives in particular Rosemary and her mother Mary, Mary Margaret, Bríd and their families in Carraroe, neighbours John, Maureen and Seán, and friends including Tom and Martin.

Reposing at ‘St. Anthony’s Room’ within the Church of St. John the Apostle, Knocknacarra on Thursday, 13 June, from 5.00 p.m. Removal at 6.30 p.m. into the Church. Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Tommy on Friday, 14 June, at 11 a.m. Following Mass, he will be laid to rest with family in Rahoon cemetery.
