The death has occurred of Thomas (Tommy) Jackson. Tullynaskeagh East, Ardee Road, Carrickmacross. 3rd March 2026. Peacefully, surrounded by his cherished family, in the wonderful care of the management & staff of Moorehall Lodge Nursing Home, Ardee.

Predeceased by his parents Bernard & Margaret, his brothers Henry & Patsy and his sister Maisie McMahon.

Sadly missed and remembered with love by his beloved family; his wife Eileen, his brother Phonsie, his extended family, neighbours & friends.

Tommy will repose at Lonergan Funeral Directors Funeral Home, Carrickmacross, A81 D328, on Wednesday, 4th March, from 4pm until 8pm.

Tommy's funeral cortège will leave the Funeral Home on Thursday, 5th March, proceeding on foot to St. Joseph's Church, Carrickmacross, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am followed by burial in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
