Thomas (Tommy) Linnane
The death has occurred of Thomas (Tommy) Linnane, of Bride Street, Loughrea, Co.Galway and formally of Ballyargadaun, Kylebrack, Loughrea, Co.Galway. Thomas passed away peacefully in his 96th year, on the 23rd of March 2025, in the care of the wonderful staff of Portumna retirement village.
Predeceased by his parents Thomas & Mary, his sisters Rita, Lucy, Mary, Catherine & Teresa and his brother Joe.
Sadly missed by his nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, great grandnieces and great grandnephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.
May his gentle soul rest in peace
Tommy will repose at St.Ignatius Funeral Home, Duniry, (H62 WY82) on Wednesday 26th March from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral cortege will arrive at St Brendan's Cathedral, Loughrea, on Thursday 27th March at 12.15pm, for Requiem Mass for Tommy Linnane at 12.30pm. Burial immediately afterwards in Leitrim Old Cemetery.
