The death has occurred of
Thomas (Tommy) Moore
12th February, 2024. Peacefully at home. Tommy will be sadly missed by heartbroken Claire, daughter Andrea, sons Andrew, Paul and Tomo and their partners, grandchildren Kadi, Kelsey, Hollie, Kyson, Mason, Lottie and Lio, brother Willie, sisters Sharon, Jacqueline and Edel, nephews, nieces, extended family, friends and work colleagues at The Eye and Ear Hospital, Dublin.
May Tommy Rest In Peace.
Reposing at his home on Wednesday from 4.00p.m. until 7.00p.m. Removal on Thursday morning to The Church of Our Lady of the Assumption, Ballyfermot, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11.00a.m. followed by cremation at Mount Jerome Crematorium.
