The death has occurred of
Thomas (Tommy) Reilly
Thomas Reilly (better known as Tommy), Seaside, Belmullet, Co. Mayo and formerly of Surge View, Blacksod peacefully at the Mayo University Hospital, Castlebar surrounded by his loving family on 10th May 2023.
Predeceased by his parents John and Bridget, sisters Sheila Reilly (New York) and Kathleen O’Connor (New York) and brother Joe (Surge View, Blacksod). Beloved husband of Sheila and dear father to Mary, Aidan, Tomás and Michael. He will be sadly missed by his heartbroken family – adored granddaughter Isabella, daughters in law Rossana and Breda, brother Christy (Galway), Paddy (Tarmon, Blacksod) and Terry (New York and Faulmore), sisters Ann Farrell (Quin, Co. Clare), Bridie Murphy (Dublin), Mary Halpin (New York) and Sally McGrath (Belmullet), brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Remains will repose at McDonnell’s Funeral Home, Belmullet on Friday evening from 6.30pm until 8.30pm with the funeral arriving at the Church of the Sacred Heart, Belmullet at 9.30am. Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday morning at 11am followed by burial in Faulmore Cemetery. Live streaming of the Funeral Mass will be available for viewing at 11am on Saturday on churchtv.ie/belmullet.
