Thomas (Tommy) Shiels

Thomas (Tommy) Shiels, late of Longwood and formerly Springfield Tallaght. 26th June 2025. Predeceased by his loving wife Bridget (Bridie), sisters Margo & Maura.

Tommy died peacefully at his home following a short illness. Lovingly cared for by his devoted daughter Jess with the wonderful support of palliative care Kells and public health nurses Enfield.

Always loved and forever missed by Jess, Sharon, brothers Paddy, Joey and Jimmy, sister Pauline, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, caring neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Heffernans Funeral Home, Main St, Longwood A83 W722 on Friday from 5 to 7pm. Removal on Saturday morning to Church of the Holy Family, Longwood for Funeral Mass at 11am followed by burial in Newlands Cross Cemetery at 1.15pm approx.
