Formerly of Ballinamona Carnaross. Peacefully, at Beaufort House Nursing Home, surrounded by his loving family. Tommy was predeceased by his parents, Thomas and Mary, brother Jack, and sister Rita. Sadly, missed by his loving family, wife Anna, daughter Fiona (Owen McFadden), sons Martin (Imelda), Greg (Nessa), Tommy (Fiona), Aaron (Caitriona), sister-in-law Geraldine, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, niece, nephew, neighbours, and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at his home (A82A9D0), on Saturday, 30th September, from 3pm to 7pm, with removal to St. Colmcille’s Church, Kells, on Sunday morning for 12.15pm Funeral Mass, with burial afterwards in St. Colmcille's Cemetery.

Tommy had a long and illustrious career in GAA. Winning Junior Championship with Carnaross in 1955, the Intermediate Championship with Carnaross in 1957, the Senior Championship with Kells in 1966, and the Railway Cup with Leinster in 1961. Played with Meath in 1955 and 1958. Featured in the rest of Ireland's team against the combined University of Ireland Team in 1957.
