Thomas Toner

Tom passed away peacefully, in the gentle care of the doctors, nurses and staff of St. Vincent’s Private Hospital. Husband of the late Audre (née Isdell) and beloved father of Kevin, Oonagh, David and Alan. He will be profoundly missed by his sons and daughter and their partners Victoria, Andrew, Rose, and Ines, his treasured grandchildren Namkha, Riga, and Kyichu, Joshua and Luke, Mika and Naoise. He is the much-loved brother of Sue and the late Bernie and Frank, and will be sorely missed by his nieces Siobhan and Suzanne, and nephew Desmond, as well as the extended Toner family, neighbours, and a wide circle of friends and colleagues.

A gathering of family and friends will take place at the family home on Tuesday (29th October) from 5.00pm to 8.00pm. Removal Wednesday morning (30th October) to St. Mary’s Church Haddington Road to arrive for 10.00am Funeral Mass (which can be viewed on this link: https://www.stmaryshaddingtonroad.ie/video/). He will be laid to rest with Audre afterwards in Deans Grange Cemetery.

Come as you are, no formalities expected; good humour, (mostly) gentle argument, and fond memories preferred.
