Tim Hetherington
HETHERINGTON (Cork) on November 28th, 2023 (peacefully) in the presence of his loving family and in the exceptional care of the doctors, nurses and staff of Marymount University Hospital and Hospice, TIM, Rock Steps, Blarney Street. Beloved husband of the late Mary Esther (nee O’Donovan), loving father of Donal, Jacqueline, Sylvia & Patricia and adored grandfather of Laurey, Daniel, Alex, Ava, Craig, Abby, Cara and the late James. Sadly missed by his loving family, grandchildren, sisters Mary & Joan, nephew Peter, sons-in-law Trevor & John, daughter-in-law Tracey, sisters-in-law Ann, Helen & Hannah, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Visitation at O’Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge on Friday from 5:00pm to 6:00pm with prayers at 5:45pm. Requiem Mass on Saturday at 10:00am at the Church of the Annunciation, Blackpool. Tim's Requiem Mass will be live streamed at https://www.blackpoolparish.com/church-of-the-annunciation-live-stream/. Funeral afterwards to St. Catherine’s Cemetery, Kilcully.
