HIGGINS (Cork) On September 6th, 2025, peacefully, in the presence of his loving family and in the tender care of the doctors, nurses and staff at Marymount University Hospital and Hospice. TIM, late of Kilbarry Place, Farranree and Munster Meats, dearly beloved husband of the recently deceased Breda (nee Bowen) and much loved father of David and Kevin, adored grands of Kevin, Megan, Áine and David, great-grands of Séan. Sadly missed by his loving sons, grandchildren, great-grandchild, brother William, sisters Kitty and May, daughters-in-law Agnes and Anne, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Coughlan’s Funeral Home, Shandon Street from 12.00 noon on Monday (September 8th) family in attendance from 6.30pm with Rosary and prayers at 7.30pm. Requiem Mass on Tuesday (September 9th) at 1.30pm in the Church of the Resurrection Farranree, Funeral afterwards to St. Mary’s Old Cemetery, Curraghkippane, family flowers only, donations in lieu if desired to Marymount.
