Timmy (Thady Jack) McSweeney

After a short illness, very bravely fought, Timmy passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family on the 26th of October 2024 in Cork University Hospital. Beloved husband of Noreen and much loved father of Tadgh, Denise and Shane. Sadly missed by his dear brother Patrick, future son in law Martin, his companions Milo and Charlie, relatives, friends, colleagues, and neighbours. Predeceased by his dear Mother Eileen, Father Paddy, his sister Patsy and his beloved brother Denny Pop.

May Timmy Rest in Peace

Reposing at Tarrant's Funeral Home, Millstreet (P51 XF86) on Monday October 28th from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. Reception into St John’s Church Dromagh (P51 W983) for Requiem Mass on Tuesday, October 29th at 11am. Burial afterwards in St. Mary's Cemetery, Millstreet.

The family would like to thank the staff at the Cork University Hospital and the nurses in Mallow Hospital for the excellent care of Timmy.
