Timothy (Teddy) McCarthy

On 18th May, 2025, peacefully, in the tender care of his family and all the staff of St. Joseph's Unit, Bantry General Hospital, Timothy (Teddy), beloved husband of Anne (nee Kingston), father of Brendan, Eamonn, Liam and Noel, son of the late Nicholas and Annie (Burryroe), brother of the late Paddy, Donal, Junior, Margaret Mary, Ann and Kitty. Teddy will be sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughters-in-law Catriona, Melissa, Leah and Aoife, grandchildren Ella, Allie, Aisling, Ethan, Lochlan, Millie, Riordan and Ciaran, brothers Florence and John, sister Mary (Dowling), sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

May Teddy rest in peace.

Teddy's family would like to express a sincere thank you to all the staff at St. Joseph's Unit for the wonderful care and kindness shown to him, it is very much appreciated by them.

Lying in repose at Daly's Funeral Home, Chapel Street, Drimoleague on Tuesday (20th) from 7pm to 8.30pm followed by prayers. Requiem Mass on Wednesday (21st) at 3pm in the Church of Mary Immaculate Dromore - livestreamed on http://www.corklivestream.com/funerals. Funeral afterwards to Caheragh new cemetery.
