Timothy (Thady) SWEENEY

On December 23rd, 2023, peacefully, in his 92nd year, surrounded by his loving family and in the excellent care of the staff of Cahereen Nursing Home, Macroom, Timothy (Thady), loving husband of Abby (née Murphy), loving father of Mary (Coughlan), Gobnait (Finnucane), Siobhán (Horgan), John, Catherine (Lehane), and Padraig (Pa), loving father-in-law to Finbarr, Noel, Eamon, Bettina, Martin and Noreen, loving grandfather to Eilís, Tim, Seán, Joan, Barry, Colm, Niamh, Cian, Liam, Shannon, Kate, Aisling, Shane, Brendan, Jack, Abbie, Tim, Hannah and Conor. Very deeply regretted by his wife, sons, daughters, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, brother-in-law Sean, close neighbours, extended family and friends.

Rest in Peace.

Reposing in Casey's Funeral Home, Inchigeela, on St. Stephen's day from 6.00pm with prayers at 8.00pm.

Requiem Mass on Wednesday at 12.00 noon in St. Finbarr and the Holy Angels Church, Inchigeela.
