Tom Briody

The death has occurred of Tom Briody, Shanco, Crossakiel, Kells, Co. Meath peacefully with his loving family in Gormanston Wood, Nursing Home. Tom will be deeply missed by his wife Bernadette, son Hugh, daughters Siobhán, Emer, Niamh, Ciara  (pre-deceased) and Carmel, daughter-in-law Grace, sons-in-law, Andrew, Mike, Séan, Walter and Mike, his 15 grandchildren, sisters Carmel, Rita, Nuala, Cora, brothers Fr. Hugh (pre-deceased), Pat, Norbert, brothers & sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many friends.  

Due to government & HSE advice regarding public gatherings, Tom's  funeral  will be held in private and will take place on Tuesday 13th April, in St. Bartholomew Church, Killallon at 12 noon, followed by burial in Killallon Cemetery. Tom's funeral cortège will leave the family home at 11.45 am. Please adhere to government guidelines on socially distancing if standing along the route. Personal words of sympathies may be left in the condolences section below. Family flowers only.
