The death has occurred of
Tom Burke
BURKE (Richmond, Blackrock Road, Cork) On September 3rd 2013, in his 95th year, peacefully, in the presence of his wife and in the wonderful care of the staff of St. Luke’s Home, TOM, F.R.C.S., dearly loved husband of Kay (nee Lynes). Deeply mourned by his wife, niece Margaret, nephews, Peter and John O’Callaghan , cousin Fr. Dan Fitzgerald SSC, the Heffernan family, sister-in-law Carmel Sheedy and brother-in-law Diarmuid Lynes, godchildren, relatives and friends.
Lying in reponse in his residence on tomorrow, Wednesday, September 4th, from 4pm until Rosary and Prayers at 7pm. Mass of the Resurrection at 11am on Thursday at St. Jospeph’s SMA Church, Blackrock Road, Cork, followed by interment in Kilbrogan Cemetery, Bandon, Co. Cork.
