Tom Creedon
Late of Pine Court, Waterford City.
Formerly of Cork City.
Tom died peacefully in University Hospital Waterford surrounded by his loving family,
Friday the 29th of August 2025
RIP.
Predeceased by his parents Tom and Eileen, his sister Mary, sister-in-law Mary and his brother-in-law Donie.
Tom will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his heartbroken wife Eileen O’ Sullivan, his sons Tom and Dan; his brothers Kerry and Frank and his sister-in-law Marie. Tom will be fondly remembered by his nieces and nephew, grand-nieces and grand-nephews; his former work colleagues and trade-union comrades; extended family, relatives, neighbours, and many friends.
Tom's family would like to thank with great appreciation all the staff of the Oak Ward in University Hospital Waterford for the care, compassion and professionalism shown to Tom throughout his short stay there. Also his palliative care team, Dr. Pigott and her staff, all the staff at Stratus Pharmacy, Solas Cancer Support Centre and especially to Una for her support and friendship.

Tom’s reposal will take place on Tuesday the 2nd of September from 5pm to 7pm at Falconers Funeral Home X91TW21
All are welcome
A celebration of Tom’s life will take place in Falconers Funeral Home, Riverstown, Tramore X91TW21 on Wednesday the 3rd of September at 10:30am to 11am after which the funeral home will remain open until 12 noon sharp for family and friends to pay their respects to Tom’s family.

As per Tom’s wishes, his cremation service will take place in The Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork at 3pm.
