Passed away peacefully in The Mater Private Hospital, Co. Dublin surrounded by his loving family, Wednesday 14th May 2025.

Predeceased by his parents Pete and Annie, brother Peter, brother-in-law Michael Rooney and nephew David Rooney.

A beloved and dear brother of Anne Rooney.

Tom will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by his family, his sister Anne, nephew Michael and his partner Dolores, niece Anna Marie and her partner Thomas, great nephews and niece Dean, Ryan and Ellen, great-great nephews and niece Logan and babies Michael & Lauren, cousins, extended family relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Shevlin’s Funeral Home, Barrack Street (A91Y3CX) on Friday from 3pm to 7pm.

Removal on Saturday morning at 10.30am to St. Michael’s Church, Darver (A91K236) arriving for Funeral Mass at 11 o’clock, followed by burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
