Tom Dunleavy

The death has occurred of Tom Dunleavy, Creevaghbawn, Togher, Tuam, Co. Galway in his 87th year. Tom passed away peacefully at UHG on January 21st 2022. Predeceased by his parents Martin and Agnes, and his brother Billy. Deeply regretted by his wife Bridie, sons Pat, Murt & Billy, daughters Marie and Cathriona, sons-in-law, Fabian & Tony, daughters-in-law Teresa & Marie, sister Una Minniter (USA) and sister-in-law Madge Mannion (UK), his grandchildren Sandra, John, Darren, Kieran, Aoife, Ronan, Danny, Shane, Cathal, Eanna & Niamh, and his great-grandchildren Adam & Lily, nieces, nephews, neighbours, relatives, carers and friends.

May His Gentle Soul Rest in Peace.

Reposing at St. Anne’s Funeral Home, Barnaderg, Tuam on Sunday, 23rd of January, from 5pm with removal at 7pm to St. Mary’s Church, Killererin. Requiem Mass will take place at 12 noon on Monday 24th of January, with burial afterwards in Creevaghbawn Cemetery.

The Dunleavy Family appreciates your respect, support and understanding at this time. All those attending the funeral services are asked to please wear face coverings and we also ask for no shaking of hands.

Tom will be reposing in his home on Saturday 22nd for extended family, neighbours and close friends. House is strictly private on Sunday 23rd of January.
