Tom Farragher

It is with deep sorrow we announce the death of Tom Farragher, Tullyglass Court Lower, Shannon Co Clare and formerly of Creevagh, Cong, Co Mayo.

Tom passed away peacefully on the 27th of February 2026 in the presence of his loving family and in the excellent care of the staff of University Hospital Limerick.

Tom will be deeply missed by his heartbroken family, wife Mary, daughters Lorraine and Lisa, sons-in-law Brian and James, his adoring and adored grandchildren Gavin, Fergal, Tadhg and Leah; brothers and sisters Mary, Nora, Paddy, John and Brid, his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, his many friends and neighbours.

Tom will repose in Mc Mahon's funeral home Shannon on Monday, 2nd March from 5:30pm to 7pm followed by removal to Mary Immaculate Church. Funeral Mass on Tuesday, 3rd March at 12:30pm followed by cremation in Shannon Crematorium at 2pm.
