Tom Forde

Tom passed away peacefully on the Wednesday the 25th of June, surrounded by his heartbroken family in the wonderful care of the staff of both Garbally View Nursing Home and the Orchard Ward, Portiuncula Hospital, Ballinasloe. Predeceased by his parents Andrew and Bridget, brother Addy, sisters Nuala and Kitty.

Tom will be sadly missed and deeply mourned by his beloved wife Bridie, his son John, his daughter Rita, daughter-in-law Laurence, son-in-law Walter, his adored grandchildren Nina and Ronan, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

May His Gentle Soul Rest In ​Peace.

Tom will repose in Grenham's Funeral Home, Ballinasloe (H53 HK15), on Friday, the 27th of June, from 5.30pm to 7pm, with removal afterwards to Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Creagh (H53 EH93). Tom's Requiem Mass will take place on Saturday at 11am, with burial afterwards in Creagh Cemetery.
