The death has occurred of
Tom Gibbons
Gibbons, Tom, (Portmarnock, Dublin and formerly of Clooneybeirne, Strokestown, Co. Roscommon) (Late of An Garda Síochána), 5th March 2023, peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff at Talbot Lodge Nursing Home, surrounded by his loving family, beloved husband of Kay. Predeceased by his parents John and Kate, sisters Una, Nellie and Caith, and brother John. Very sadly missed by his loving wife, daughters Ciara and Kathryn, son John, son-in-law Chris, Kathryn’s partner Brian, John’s partner Ieva, grandchildren Rian and Kate, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Stafford’s Funeral Home, Golf Links Road, Portmarnock on Thursday (March 9th) from 3pm to 5pm. Removal to St. Anne’s Church, Portmarnock on Friday morning, 10th March, for 10am Funeral Mass followed by burial in Balgriffin Cemetery Extension. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to the Alzheimer Society of Ireland.
