Tom Griffin

Griffin (Currabeg, Ovens and late of Mayfield) On November 28th 2025, peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family, Tom, beloved husband of Sheila (nee O’Donovan), loving father of Elma (O’Brien), Christine, Trish (Crowley), Tommy, Liz and Bríd (Kelly), grandfather of Tomás, Grace, Ellen, Sinéad, Sean, Fionn, Hannah and the late Conn, and dear brother of Michael and the late Fr. Eltin, Jack, Bridie, Gerard and Lil. Sadly missed by his loving wife and family, grandchildren, sons-in-law Dan, Mike, Damien and Christine’s partner Erik, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Lying in repose at Crowley’s Funeral Home, Ballincollig on Sunday (30th November) from 4pm to 5pm for visitation. Requiem Mass on Monday at 12noon at the Church of St John the Baptist, Ovens which can be viewed on https://www.churchservices.tv/ovens / . Funeral afterwards to the adjoining cemetery.
