The death has occurred of
Tom HAUGHNEY
Tom Haughney of Crossneen, Carlow, passed away unexpectedly but peacefully surrounded by his loving family, on January 31st, 2026 at his home.
Beloved husband of the late Breda (Biddy), much loved father of Michael, Carmel and Elizabeth and adored grandfather of James, Emma and Craig.
He will be sadly missed by his loving son, daughters, grandchildren, sons-in-law Jimmy and Richie, sisters Maudie, Alice, Bridget and Josephine, brothers Paddy, Joe and Andrew, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and large circle of friends.
May Tom’s Gentle Soul Rest In Peace
Tom will repose at Carpenters Funeral Home Shamrock Sq., Carlow (R93 C863) on Tuesday February 3rd from 4pm concluding with for Prayers at 7.30pm that evening. Removal from there on Wednesday at 1.30pm to St Clare’s Church, Graiguecullen, arriving for Funeral Mass at 2pm. Burial afterwards in St Mary’s Cemetery, Carlow
