The death has occurred of Tom Jackson
Ardilaun Road, Newcastle, Galway
Tom passed away peacefully in the loving care of his wife and sons at home. Pre-deceased by his parents Thomas and Maria and his beloved brother Bernard, Rahoon Road. Deeply loved and sadly missed by his wife Margaret (neé Morrissey), sons Carl and Ian, daughter-in-law Fiona, adored grandchildren Daniel, Rachel and Chloe, sisters Carmel and Maura, sisters-in-law Helen Jackson, Margaret's sisters Kay, Mary and Joan, Carmel’s husband Paddy and Margaret’s brothers Jeffrey and Noel Morrissey, his nephews and nieces, the extended Jackson and Morrissey family, neighbours and the lovely friends he made through his hobbies and through work with Coen Steel, Oranmore.
A private Requiem Mass for Tom will be celebrated for the immediate family on Tuesday, 23rd February at 12 noon at Galway Cathedral. Funeral after Mass to Rahoon Cemetery. The attendance at the church and cemetery is limited to ten people. Rest In Peace "Fair ye well old Claregalway River, fair ye well sweet Corrib Lake, you will both be here forever, soon we all our leave must take"
