Peacefully at Mayo University Hospital. Pre-deceased by his sister Kathleen (Glynn), niece Aoife. Deeply regretted by his loving wife Kathleen, sons Tom and Joe, daughter Laura, brother Mike (Toronto, Canada), sister Evelyn (Corcoran, Kilconly), son-in-law Pete, grandchildren Conor, Katie and Keelan, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, friends and neighbours. Reposing at Gilligans Funeral Home, Market Square, Claremorris on Tuesday evening from 5.30 until 7 o'clock. Walk through only. No hand shaking please. Funeral arriving on Wednesday morning to the Church of Our Lady Queen of Peace and St. Gerald, Mayo Abbey, for funeral mass at 11.30, with burial afterwards in the local cemetery.
