Tom McGrath

In his 97th year. Peacefully, in the wonderful care of the staff at Roscommon University Hospital. Predeceased by his dear wife Lily, parents Patrick and Margaret, brothers Paddy, Seamus, Joe and Frank and sister Ciss. Much loved father of Frances (Mahon, Kilcock), Kathryn (NY), Tommy (NY) and Adrian (Castletownroche). Tom will be very sadly missed by his family, sisters Christina and Kitty (both USA), brother Jack (USA), sister-in-law Mary-Ann (USA), son-in-law Ronan, daughters-in-law Hazel and Nora, cherished grandchildren Ciara, Niall, Liam, Jack, Brendan, Katie and Fiona, nephews, nieces, relatives, good neighbours, wonderful carers and many friends.

HOUSE PRIVATE PLEASE

Tom’s funeral cortège will leave his home at 3.30pm on Monday, 5th April, to St. Brigid’s Church, Creeve, for private funeral Mass at 4pm. Burial afterwards in Aughrim Cemetery (via Lissavilla).
