Tom O' Connor

The death has occurred of Tom O' Connor (Tom Toyota), Chapel Road, Ballyheigue, Tralee, Co. Kerry on the 11th November 2025 surrounded by his loving family in the wonderful care of Palliative Care, University Hospital, Kerry. Pre-deceased by his father Tom Senior and mother Maimie and his son baby David. Beloved husband of Anne (Nee Tobin), adored father of Tommy, Aine, Maura and Lucy. Cherished grandfather of Molly, Daire, Oran, Rían, Rosie and Luca. Much loved father-in-law to Jackie, Dave, Jack and Rebecca. Dearly missed by his sister Geraldine, nieces and nephews, great grand nieces and ,nephews, sisters-in-law and brother-in-law. Sadly missed by his close network of friends in the greyhound, hurling and car-sales communities.

Reposing at Hartnetts Funeral Home (V92 WTK8) Ballyheigue from 4-7 pm on Friday 14th November. Requiem mass will take place on Saturday at 11am in St. Mary's Church, Ballyheigue followed by burial in St. Mary's new cemetery, Ballyheigue.

Tom's family would like to thank everyone within the Palliative Care Services in University Hospital Kerry for the compassion and comfort given to him and his family.
