Tom passed away peacefully in the comfort of his own home after a short illness and surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his adored wife Marie, and by his brothers John and Michael.
Forever loved and will be fondly remembered by his proud sons Ronan and Shane, by his beloved daughter-in-law Amanda and by his cherished grandchildren Emma, Rebecca, Tommy, Alex and Amy. Deeply missed also by his brothers and their wives, Ray and Pauline (Galway), John’s widow Fiona (Galway), Noel and Moira (South Africa), Rory and Claire (USA), Michael’s widow Mary (U.K.) sister-in-law Kay, brothers-in-law Paddy and Michael Courtney and by the extended O’Connor and Courtney family. Tom will Repose at’ St Anthony's Room’ within the Church of St. John the Apostle, Knocknacarra (H91 W0H4) from 3:30 p.m. with Removal into the Church at 6.00 p.m.
Saturday, 24 May, 2025
Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Tom at 11 a.m. and following Mass he will be laid to rest with Marie in Rahoon cemetery.
