The death has occurred of
TOM O’GRADY
O’Grady (Carrigaline and formally of Tralee Co. Kerry) on February 7th 2026, peacefully in the presence of his loving family and in the tender care of the staff at Marymount, Tom (Ex Garda Siochána and late of Bawnleigh House) beloved husband of his heartbroken wife Gretta (nee Coffey) loving father of Aideen and Mark. Dear brother of the late Colm and Therese. Sadly missed by his loving family son-in-law Paul Aherne, daughter-in-law Christina, grandchildren Jack, Dean, Lachlan, Harry, Finn, Archie and Robyn. Brother Noel, sisters Mary, Rose, Sabina and Pauline, extended family, neighbours, former colleagues and friends.
May he rest in peace.
Reposing at Fordes Funeral Home, Old Waterpark, Carrigaline on Monday (9th) from 5.00pm until 6.00pm. Requiem Mass on Tuesday (10th) at 11:30am in Church of Our Lady and St. John, Carrigaline (Link Here), funeral afterwards to St John’s Cemetery Ballinrea.
