TOM SMYTH Lanesboro Street, Roscommon Town.

Tom passed away suddenly while out for his walk on Thursday evening, January 2nd, 2025, in his 90th year. He will be forever remembered with love by his wife Rena (née Kelly), his children Ann (Galway), Elizabeth (Dublin) and Pat, his sisters Elizabeth (England), Essie (Dublin) and Tresina (Roscommon), sons-in-law Joe Martin and Dan Paulsberg and his daughter-in-law Gillian. He was the adoring grandad to Anna Louise, Niall, TJ, Thomas, Adam, Mark and cherished Poppa to Emily. He’ll be sadly missed by his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, good neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Tom is predeceased by his parents Pat Joe and Rita, sisters Raphael and Rita and his brother Harold.

Reposing at the family Funeral Home, Roscommon F42 NH27 on Saturday evening from 4 o’c until 6.30. Removal to the Sacred Heart Church, Roscommon on Monday morning arriving for Mass of the Resurrection at 11 o’c. Burial afterwards in St Coman’s Cemetery.

No flowers and House Private please.
